● Temperature Mode for ELRA™
VIVA Combo generator can be pre-set with temperature, power, and duration before the procedure. During the procedure, the temperature and power will be monitored, and applied for the pre-set duration; controlled application of energy prevents tissue carbonization and excessive thermal damage. Sudden changes of temperature and impedance automatically shut down the energy for a precise procedure and patient safety.
● Continuance Mode for EUSRA™
The RF power output is generated continuously set wattage value until the ablation is completed when the impedance value reaches 800 ohms. The automatic cut off of power output prevents over ablation and undesired neighboring tissue damage. Under Continuance Mode, EUSRA™ has to connect with VIVA PUMP™ for cooling inside of the electrode to eliminate tissue charring.
VIVA PUMP - Internal cooling system
The VIVA PUMP circulates saline through the electrode to lower the temperature around the active tip of the electrode, including larger volumes of tissue and eliminate tissue charring.
