Optimos™ Cystotome

The Optimos™ Cystotome is intended to dilate transmural punctures to facilitate endoscopic access to the gastrointestinal lumen or tract, or cystic cavities.
Indication
The Optimos™ Cystotome is an electrosurgical accessory indicated for use with electrosurgical units (ESUs) in the following endoscopic ultrasound guided (EUS) procedures:
- EUS guided transmural drainage (EUS TD) of pancreatic fluid collections (PFC) that are bulging visibly into the gastrointestinal tract: pancreatic pseudocysts and infected walled off necrosis (WON).
- EUS guided biliary drainage (EUS BD) for the management of biliary obstruction: EUS guided choledochoduodenostomy (EUS CDS), EUS guided he paticoduodenostomy (EUS HDS), and EUS guided hepaticogastrostomy (EUS HGS).
- EUS guided transmural drainage (EUS TD) of pancreatic fluid collections (PFC) that are bulging visibly into the gastrointestinal tract: pancreatic pseudocysts and infected walled off necrosis (WON).
