TaeWoong Medical was proud to participate in Digestive Disease Week (DDW) 2026 — and this year's exhibition marked a significant milestone in our global journey. For the first time, TaeWoong USA took the lead as the primary host of our DDW presence, a meaningful shift that reflects our growing commitment to and deepening roots in the U.S. market. What had long been organized and driven by our headquarters in Korea now stands as a testament to the strength and maturity of our U.S. operations.

The timing of this transition made the occasion even more momentous. We were proud to announce at DDW 2026 the long-awaited FDA clearance of SPAXUS — a regulatory achievement that our team has pursued with dedication over many years. The opportunity to share this breakthrough news in person, within the heart of the global gastroenterology community, added a layer of significance that the entire TaeWoong team will not soon forget.

Visitor engagement at our booth was exceptional throughout the event. Clinicians, procurement professionals, and industry partners from across the world took part in hands-on product demonstrations, experiencing our solutions directly and leaving with a deeper understanding of what TaeWoong brings to therapeutic endoscopy. Product inquiries were abundant, and the quality of conversations reflected the high level of interest our portfolio continues to generate.

Our single-use duodenoscope drew considerable attention, underscoring the industry's sustained focus on infection prevention and patient safety. Of equal note was the enthusiastic response to our accessories lineup, which proved to be every bit as compelling as our established stent portfolio.
